Yum! Brands in Louisville, KY is hiring a Finance Continuous Improvement Lead to standardize and automate financial controls, driving efficiency across the global finance organization.

You will report to the Global Finance Shared Service Center Leader and may oversee 1–2 direct reports, with a hybrid in-office schedule three days per week in Louisville. You will lead initiatives to improve processes, partner with senior leaders to embed automation, and measure outcomes to ensure sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience with a focus on organizational effectiveness, change management, and business partnership.
• Proven track record as a change agent leading process standardization and automation efforts.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structured processes that align stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and embedding culture post-change.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control process standardization initiatives that drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Influence process owners to deliver measurable improvements and savings.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership on standardization and automation strategies.
• Define and implement finance process automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of standardized processes globally.
