Job summary
Athene is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst II to leverage extensive finance and accounting experience for transformation projects and process improvements.
You will partner with IT to translate business needs into valuable solutions, while applying AI, advanced Excel, and BI tools to automate and enhance processes across Finance and Accounting.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of Finance or Accounting experience with exposure to investment accounting, corporate accounting, FP&A, tax, or forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze opportunities to improve Finance and Accounting processes.
- Partner with IT to translate business needs into value-added solutions.
- Explore how AI, advanced Excel, and BI tools can automate processes.
- Support project execution through data analysis, cleanup, and testing (UAT).
- Assist with training and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Build SME knowledge of Finance pre- and post-Close processes and systems.
