Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance efficiency and effectiveness in transaction processing across procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report cycles.
• Lead implementations of GenAI and digital finance transformation initiatives.
• Optimize financial close and consolidation processes.
• Refine budgeting and forecasting methodologies to enhance financial planning.
• Conduct comprehensive business and data analysis, including systems and data testing.
• Enhance internal and external financial reporting capabilities.
• Identify, analyze and resolve complex financial and operational issues with innovative solutions.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in all deliverables.
• Deliver digital finance solutions leveraging the latest AI technologies.
• Build, nurture, and sustain strong client relationships through exceptional and impactful communication and engagement.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the broader business dynamics and finance transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their growth and development.
