Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field.
• CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certification preferred.
• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
