Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst - Finance to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate growth and improve performance. The role collaborates across departments to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies, leveraging AI to streamline processes and drive meaningful change.

You will engage stakeholders, design transformation programs, and track outcomes with leadership to ensure measurable improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics or related field.
Six (6) years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.
Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at growth, performance and innovation.
Collaborates with stakeholders across departments to identify needs and align transformation efforts.
Assists in design and delivery of transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
Utilizes AI tools to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
Identifies and prioritizes high-impact AI use cases with tech and business leaders.
Diagnoses challenges with analytical rigor and translates insights into actions.
Drives adoption and change management; tracks metrics and monitors progress.
Partners with leadership to define success metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
