Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst in Finance to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance growth, performance, and innovation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities, translate insights into actionable strategies, and prioritize programs that deliver measurable impact.

You’ll apply AI and analytics to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and accelerate transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or related field.
• Certifications preferred: CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or equivalent.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes.

• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
