Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst in Finance to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance growth and performance. You will collaborate across departments, apply data-driven insights, and leverage AI to improve processes and outcomes.

The role requires a strong foundation in business analysis, data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact. A CBAP/CBTP or PMI-PBA/PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis required.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
