Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst - Finance to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance growth and performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or PMP preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI & analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases with tech and business leaders.
• Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitor progress against transformation objectives.
