We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Finance Trading Operations Analyst to join our team!

What will you be doing?

1. Monitor and analyze trading costs with global liquidity providers for financial reporting purposes.
2. Monitor corporate actions, taxes, fees, and other income and costs associated with eToro trading activity.
3. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client data, and compliance documentation.
4. Handle and support Digital Wallets transfers and reconciliation.
5. Manage Digital Wallets inventory and liquidity.
6. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
7. Support audits and regulatory reporting by providing accurate and timely information.
8. Collaborate with front office, IT, and other departments to address operational issues.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in back-office operations within a financial services or online brokerage environment (banks, investment houses, Fintechs, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of trade settlement processes, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
4. Diligent, precise, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
5. Ability to dive deep and solve problems independently.
6. High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. Collaborative, team player who is willing to go the extra mile.
8. Highly skilled with Excel and managing large data sets - a MUST.
9. Knowledge of SQL - a great advantage.
