Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in people management.
• Master's degree in CS or Software Engineering preferred.
• 13+ years of software engineering experience is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience with Agile practices.
• Concrete experience leveraging AI to accelerate productivity and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product focused software engineers.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
• Work with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions across full-stack tools and technologies.
• Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions.
• Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor others.
