Job summary

UBS is offering a 24-month Graduate Talent Program in Group Internal Audit in the United States. You'll join a globally connected team to learn how a major bank manages risk and controls, with rotations across functions and exposure to governance, risk and control management.

Your team

You'll be part of Group Internal Audit, the only function with a complete view across UBS. Reporting independently to the Board, we bring together specialists in business, risk, data analytics and AI to identify emerging risks, generate insight and drive change across the firm.

Your expertise

We're Looking For a Candidate Who

• will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above
• can explain ideas clearly, whether it's summarizing findings, asking good questions, or sharing your thoughts in a way others understand
• adapts easily to changing priorities and remains organized when allocated multiple tasks
• acts with integrity, enjoys working with others, and shows curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

We welcome applicants studying for a degree in any field, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry and how risks and controls are being managed. Initial practical experience in audit, risk, compliance, or data analysis is an advantage – but curiosity and the ability to think analytically are what matter most. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of governance, risk and control management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
