You will train and mentor staff, ensuring top-quality client work through PM, reviews, and QC. You’ll oversee monthly closes, audits, 990 preparation, and budgeting to support schools’ financial health.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of finance or accounting professionals.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks Online and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support staff through standard training sessions, annual reviews, and performance plans.
• Ensure team client work meets EdOps quality standards through project management, accounting review, and QC processes.
• Oversee all aspects of school financial management, including monthly closes, audits, 990 preparation, and budgeting.
