Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 3+ years in accounting or finance, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of financial system

• Lead daily financial operations, including A/P, A/R, and payroll.
• Supervise, train, and mentor finance staff.
• Review reconciliations and ensure compliance with funder requirements.
