Job summary

Rand Coca-Cola Beverages, Inc. seeks a Finance Systems & Transformation Manager to join the leadership team. This role blends accounting, financial operations, systems administration, and process improvement, guiding the transition from eoStar and Dynamics GP to VIP Financials.

You will collaborate with the CFO and finance teams, drive automation, develop dashboards, and build future finance leadership through broad exposure to banking, audits, controls, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or AIS.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, or financial systems.
• Strong GL, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support core accounting functions across the finance team.
• Lead ERP and financial systems transformation with cross-functional partners.
• Assist with migration to VIP Financials from eoStar and Dynamics GP.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPI tracking, and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with auditors and ensure data integrity.
