Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager for its Finance Systems portfolio. You will own delivery and product management for key platforms supporting close, consolidation, revenue recognition, compliance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP/EPM implementations, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, and statutory reporting.
• Experience with enterprise finance platforms (OneStream, Oracle EPM, RevStream, etc.).
• Strong product management capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Owner for Axon's Finance Systems, driving roadmap & platform strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, data migration, testing, and production deployments.
• Drive consolidation, revenue recognition, and close automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, and EA for scalable solutions.
• Lead UAT, SIT, release planning, and cutover activities.
• Define governance for finance master data, hierarchies, and security.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Finance
