Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager for its Finance Systems portfolio. You will own delivery for critical finance platforms, drive consolidation and RevStream upgrades, and partner across Finance, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead two high-visibility initiatives and eventually own roadmaps, security, data governance, and system adoption across multiple finance platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP/EPM implementations, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, and statutory reporting.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Systems implementations with migrations, testing, and deployments.
• Experience with enterprise finance platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, RevStream, Hyperion, Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of architecture, data models, data governance, and integrations.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, data, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Manager and Delivery Lead for Axon’s Finance Technology ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and modernization of Finance Systems including data migration and testing.
• Own the Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform implementation and security model.
• Drive RevStream upgrades and revenue systems enhancements with ASC 606 compliance.
• Translate complex finance requirements into functional specs, user stories, and plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Enterprise Architecture, and vendors.
• Lead UAT, SIT, release planning, cutover, and production deployment.
• Define integration strategies, data flows, and architectural decisions.
• Establish governance for finance master data and data quality controls.
