Job summary

Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager to lead Finance Systems delivery and product management. You will drive end-to-end implementation, consolidation, and revenue recognition initiatives, partnering with Finance, IT, and Engineering to ensure compliant, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, ERP/EPM implementations or related technical disciplines.
• Experience with consolidation, revenue recognition, close automation, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Systems implementations with data migrations and testing.
• Familiarity with enterprise finance platforms like OneStream, Oracle EPM, RevStream, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Manager and Delivery Lead for Axon’s Finance Technology ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and modernization of Finance Systems, including requirements analysis, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Own the Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform implementation and RevStream upgrades.
• Translate complex accounting, finance, tax, and regulatory requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture to design scalable solutions.
• Lead UAT, SIT, release planning, and production deployment activities.
• Define governance for master data, chart of accounts, metadata, security roles, and data quality.
