Job summary

Anduril Industries is building the financial systems backbone to scale a fast-growing manufacturing company. As Finance Solutions Manager, you’ll own ERP platforms, data pipelines, and processes turning operations into reliable financial insight.

You’ll work with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to replace spreadsheets with auditable, scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate with controllers, FP&A, supply chain, and data engineering, leading design, deployment, and adoption of end-to-end

Qualifications

• 12+ years in finance systems or related field with hands-on ERP ownership.
• 5+ years of managing a group of product managers or business system analysts.
• Experience designing and implementing finance solutions end to end.
• Strong grounding in accounting fundamentals: GL, cost accounting, revenue, monthly close.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects across Finance, Operations, and tech teams.
• Comfort working with data at scale: SQL or equivalent; data models, reconciliations, controls.
• Builder’s mindset; able to operate in ambiguity and ship pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and continuous improvement of core finance systems—ERP (Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP), cost accounting, and data pipelines.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to gather requirements and translate into configured, tested solutions.
• Lead end-to-end projects: entity setups, cost flows, inventory costing, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay improvements.
• Build the link between transactional systems and analytics; define data models and controls for month-end close.
• Drive automation and self-service; reduce manual close tasks and improve data accessibility.
• Set change-management, testing, and documentation standards for a clean, scalable platform.
• Bridge Finance and Engineering/Data teams to ensure accounting needs shape technical decisions.
• Mentor analysts and raise standards for finance systems work.
