Flatter, Inc. is hiring a Finance Process Analyst I to support the CBP Office of Finance with daily financial transaction processing and reporting. You will partner with project managers and CBP clients in Indianapolis, IN or Washington, DC, and provide timely, accurate financial data.

The role requires in-person support and emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication with senior management, and opportunities to suggest process improvements and standardization across workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily financial transaction processing.
• Performing analysis of financial transactions over time.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail when receiving, reviewing, and processing all incoming documents.
• Responding to client and customer inquiries with clear, timely, and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and internal CBP customers to resolve outstanding issues and provide updates as needed.
• Providing accurate and timely information for all work products and communications, both written and verbal.
• Recommending opportunities for process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.
• Developing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing completed and planned work.
