Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is hiring a Manager Business Systems and Transformation to lead OneStream reporting and finance-related digital initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in OneStream administration, ecosystem tooling, and cross-functional collaboration across digital and finance teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Hands-on OneStream technical and administrative support across multiple environments.
Proficiency in OneStream application management: copy/refresh, applications, disk space monitoring.
Expertise in user provisioning, roles/groups, ACM tool administration, and provisioning dashboards.
Support experience for login failures, desktop client issues, Excel add-in troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Experience managing OneStream Marketplace Solutions (ACM, System Diagnostics, CAT) including installation and troubleshooting.
Experience upgrading and deploying desktop and Excel client updates to large user populations (5,000+).
