Covenant Living is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to join the corporate office. You will oversee Workday Financials administration, partner with Accounting, FP&A, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, create reports, and drive efficiency.

The role offers hands-on exposure to system configuration, reporting, testing, and process improvements across the Finance organization, with opportunities to develop expertise in Workday and related applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, info systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting/finance or business systems experience.
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of Workday Financials.
• Respond to user questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Support security administration and user access reviews.
• Collaborate with IT on system issues and enhancements.
