Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Regional Lead to design, develop, implement, test, and support the ERP environment.

The role defines best practices for automated financial processes across PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR, in collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations. You will lead FinOps initiatives, document processes, and drive improvements while ensuring timely month-end close and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with D365 F&O.
• Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps initiatives and project manage related processes, developments, and key objectives.
• Document and maintain FinOps processes and contribute to improvements and system mapping.
• Lead improvements in PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR workflows within the ERP environment.
• Design new processes and streamline existing FinOps workflows with stable maintenance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to automate manual processes and implement best practices.
• Lead meetings with user groups and process experts to discuss changes.
• Analyze internal business requirements to standardize practices using the ERP system.
• Maintain updates, test key processes, and educate business SMEs on ERP functionality.
• Develop new financial logic and setup, supporting the Finance Team as SME.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and P&L variance analyses.
• Manage weekly/monthly close activities and reporting models.
• Monitor daily finance operations and manage ongoing initiatives.
• Propose policies to align recurring operations with corporate strategy and communicate changes.
• Create/maintain process documentation via MS Task Recorder and RSAT automation.
