Job summary

Charter Manufacturing seeks a Finance systems administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic development of core systems (Newgen, ImpactECS, Hyperion, Concur, Trintech). You will partner with Finance, Digital, and business units to improve processes and automate workflows.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to drive system enhancements, testing, integrations, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Three+ years of experience supporting or configuring enterprise business applications.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Finance Systems/FP&A/Accounting/Finance Technology, with enterprise system admin experience.
• Experience with system implementations, enhancements, testing, integrations, or process redesign.
• Automation, workflow tools, data visualization, or process-improvement experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication across Finance, Digital, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system owner for Finance-owned systems, ensuring governance, security, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance systems roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Partner with Finance leaders and vendors to manage performance, enhancements, integrations, and future capabilities.
• Lead and coordinate enhancements, testing, and release cycles for finance systems.
• Promote automation to improve efficiency and control across processes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to system users and build broader capability.
