Charter Manufacturing, a fourth‑generation family‑owned metals company based in Mequon, Wisconsin, seeks a Finance Systems Administrator to own and optimize core platforms (Newgen, ImpactECS, Hyperion, Concur, Trintech). You will partner with Finance, Digital, and business units to identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and boost data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business, or related field.
• Three+ years supporting or configuring enterprise applications.
• 4–6 years in Finance Systems, FP&A, or related field with enterprise system experience.
• Experience with system implementations, enhancements, testing, integrations, or redesigns.
• Experience with automation, workflow tools, data visualization, or process-improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance systems administrator and SME for core platforms.
• Shape and execute the Finance systems strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Finance, Digital, and business stakeholders to improve processes and automation.
• Provide training and ongoing support to system users and build capability.
