AmTrust North America seeks a summer associate to gain experience with the Finance Systems Team in Dallas. You will support production tickets, assist with configurations, and help gather business requirements while learning about AI tools and automation.

This internship is 4 days in office and 1 day remote, offering mentoring from your supervisor and opportunities to develop professional skills within a growing insurer.

Qualifications

• Rising senior status (Dec 2027 or May 2028) pursuing related bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to gather information and draw conclusions.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver on service request tickets via ServiceNow to ensure system continuity.
• Assist with hands-on system configurations and support projects to enhance financial architecture.
• Participate in professional development, including hard skills growth.
• Assist in testing, validating, or documenting new AI features in financial systems.
• Support audit reviews and data requests.
• Capture key takeaways, requirements, and action items in discussions.
