Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a summer intern to join the Accounting Transformation and Integration Department in Dallas for a 12-week program starting May 2027. The role focuses on data analytics, automation, and reporting improvements within corporate accounting.

You will learn Alteryx and Power BI, manage project lifecycles, maintain workflows, pursue Alteryx certifications, and support cross-functional meetings to ensure timelines and communications throughout the department.

Qualifications

Majors in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
Preferably junior status as of Fall 2027.
GPA 3.0 or higher required.

Responsibilities

Learn automation tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to support accounting users.
Oversee project lifecycles to complete department initiatives with governance and guides.
Maintain Alteryx workflows and assist in deploying workflows to Alteryx Server.
Obtain professional Alteryx certifications.
Assist in meetings between stakeholders, IT, and third parties to maintain project timelines.
Develop and deploy departmental communications and track progress toward goals.
