Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to drive JD Edwards ERP initiatives across the finance organization. You will collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, oversee enhancements, and ensure accurate month-end close through robust testing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in ERP systems, finance systems, or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (preferred) or similar ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, reporting, month-end close).
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site/global environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, system testing (UAT), and system implementation support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi‑site/global environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, system testing (UAT), and system implementation support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, global team environment.
• Preferred: Exposure to manufacturing or industrial ERP environments.
• Preferred: Experience with tools such as BlackLine, Concur, HFM, Boomi, or similar integrated finance systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with manufacturing and/or order‑to‑cash or procure‑to‑pay processes within ERP systems.
