Qualifications

Three years of experience including process improvement, report maintenance and deployment.
Two years in an SAP/BW operations and maintenance support environment.
SAP Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provides ongoing operations and maintenance support for SAP Finance modules.
End user support, training material development and delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
Manage end-to-end project tracking with milestones and risks.
Maintain financial models to ensure data accuracy and governance conformity.
Develop and update team process documentation for audit readiness.
