Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge finance needs with technology across Salesforce, Zuora and Certinia platforms. You will gather and document requirements, support design, and ensure compliant financial processes.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive process improvements, maintain system integrity, and enable efficient finance operations through data-driven decisions and practical IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting (or relevant experience).
• Solid technical knowledge of application systems and processes, including Salesforce, Zuora billing & Certinia or other core financial applications.
• Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax and Collections.
• Experience in systems architecture, designing workflows and writing technical specifications.
• Knowledge of agile best practices for requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• "Quenchy" - a collaborative team player with a positive outlook and attitude - company and team first.
• Nice to have: SQL and/or PowerBI; IIBA or PMI-PBA certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements for improvements and changes.
• Lead system analysis, including writing functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate on systems design and architecture, including UI design, prototyping, data modeling and solution configuration.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of current state processes, systems and performance metrics.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, understanding goals and contributing to initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements and IT solutions within finance operations.
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems and compliant data flows.
• Serve as the functional product owner (Finance) and advisor for application/technology solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging financial technologies.
• Coordinate training activities with business partners to guide proper usage of systems.
