Job summary

Rapid7 is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Finance & Accounting to partner with finance leaders, optimize technology, data, and core business systems. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution to deliver scalable, controlled solutions across our cybersecurity enterprise.

You will own system capabilities end-to-end, drive continuous improvement, and consider intelligent automation to streamline financial workflows while ensuring strong controls and data security.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing financial data and translating business needs into system requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and financial workflows.
• Experience with internal controls, SOX compliance, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to analyze end-to-end financial processes and define requirements.
• Design scalable future-state solutions, data mappings, and decision logic with technical teams.
• Perform hands-on analysis and data troubleshooting across enterprise Finance applications and integrations.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing, UAT, production readiness and post-deployment validation.
