Job summary

Alliance North America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own day-to-day configuration, support, and improvements of finance-related systems within Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus Salesforce reporting support. You will partner with Finance and IT to ensure GL, AP/AR, and costing structures are accurate and data flows cleanly.

The role is onsite in Henderson, NV, with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, reporting to the Business Applications & Support Desk Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of finance systems experience in ERP.
• 3–5+ years with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP.
• 1–3+ years with Salesforce (config, security, reporting).
• Experience with Power BI, Jet Reports, SSRS.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Finance modules in Business Central to align with financial needs.
• Support month-end/quarter-end processes and reconciliations.
• Build reports/dashboards for GL, AP/AR, costing in Power BI, Jet Reports, or BC reporting.
• Ensure data integrity between Business Central and Salesforce integrations.
