Job summary

Fox Corporation in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst of Finance Systems to design and support innovative financial reporting solutions across the organization. You will lead Workday and OfficeConnect reporting efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

You will work with Adaptive Planning and AI tools to modernize reporting workflows, support planning and financial operations, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in accounting, finance, or financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the box to improve legacy processes.
• Understanding of AI tools and applying them to financial reporting and planning.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and manage concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting tasks from planning and fit-gap analysis to design sessions and deployment.
• Serve as the Workday / OfficeConnect reporting lead and main finance liaison to the reporting team.
• Utilize OfficeConnect, Adaptive Planning, AI, and other tools to create and maintain financial reporting.
• Support Adaptive Planning initiatives and drive improvements.
• Assist divisional finance teams with troubleshooting reporting issues.
• Support corporate finance with internal and external reporting.
• Validate data analyses to ensure report accuracy.
• Engage with finance teams to identify reporting opportunities and pain points.
• Manage reporting projects with diverse partners to keep on track.
• Apply AI and Adaptive Planning to modernize workflows.
