Job summary

FOX Corporation is seeking a Financial Systems Manager in New York to maintain and enhance the enterprise Workforce Planning model. You will bridge finance, HR, and technology to ensure scalable headcount planning and cost modeling.

You will own Adaptive Planning, build compensation reporting, drive adoption, and lead expansion with new entities and acquisitions. Strong communication to non-technical users is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years with modeling, configuration, and integration of Workday Adaptive Planning for FP&A and Workforce planning.
• 3+ years of building reports with Adaptive Office Connect and HTML.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Workforce Planning model in Adaptive Planning.
• Build Finance deliverables and reporting for compensation and headcount planning.
• Identify enhancements to improve usability and performance.
• Drive system adoption through training and documentation.
• Lead system expansion, onboarding new entities and acquisitions.
• Act as primary contact for troubleshooting and questions.
• Define data standards, access controls, and audit trails.
• Support senior management with ad-hoc projects.
