Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience building Workday Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Aptitude and interest in applying AI/automation to connect data sources and reduce manual reporting.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders for collaborative forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and models.
• Own the design and delivery of recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all outputs and reconcile to the GL.
• Develop Adaptive metadata, dimensions, and data integrations for scalability.
• Connect data sources across ERP, planning, and operations using automation and AI tools.
• Create automated data workflows to speed close-to-report cycles.
• Use AI-assisted insights to surface trends and drivers for stakeholders.
• Identify and reduce manual, repetitive reporting tasks for continuous improvement.
• Serve as data quality steward with source-to-report traceability.
• Document processes and implement repeatable, controlled workflows.
• Recommend improvements to reporting architecture, tools, and controls.
