Kayak is seeking a NetSuite/Salesforce/FloQast Administrator to join the Enterprise Applications team in Finance. You will own configurations, user administration, and integration health across core finance systems, ensuring accuracy and smooth operation.

You don't need to be an expert on day one but should be eager to learn and double-check changes before production. This role requires working from the Norwalk, CT office at least three days per week and collaboration with Finance, Accounting,

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of hands-on administration experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Expensify (or similar ERP/CRM/expense platforms).
• Familiarity with NetSuite configuration: saved searches, SuiteFlow, roles/permissions, custom fields/records; reading-level comfort with SuiteScript.

Aufgaben

• Administer day-to-day configuration of NetSuite, Salesforce, FloQast and Blackline: user setup/deactivation, roles, saved searches, dashboards, validation rules, troubleshooting.
• Serve as backup administrator for Expensify: provisioning, synchronization issues, end-user troubleshooting
• Build and maintain NetSuite SuiteFlow workflows and troubleshoot SuiteScript customizations
• Triage and resolve support tickets from Finance and employees related to expense reports and financial records
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce (API/SFTP, iPaaS tools) and escalate to engineering
• Support month-end and quarter-end close by ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation
• Manage data transfers to external reporting platform and troubleshoot exceptions with Reporting team
• Perform sandbox testing and validate NetSuite release upgrades before production
• Maintain user access lists and conduct basic access reviews for audit/compliance
• Create documentation and training materials for onboarding
• Collaborate with senior analysts/architects on process changes and provide testing support
