BorgWarner in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Finance Supervisor for the Industrial Solutions plant to partner with leadership on controlling, cost accounting, forecasting and financial decision support. This hands-on role anchors month-end close, inventory finance, and performance reporting in a growing, state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance/accounting with increasing responsibility.
• Prior experience with SAP; OneStream/HFM preferred.
• Strong cost accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hendersonville plant controlling, month-end close, forecasting, working capital and fixed asset management.
• Maintain GAAP balance sheet accounts and ensure SOX compliance.
• Provide early warning on trends affecting plant performance with actionable insights.
• Develop internal controls for financial reporting and coordinate reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and support budget/LRP with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver routine operational reporting to leadership and corporate finance.
• Support cost accounting activities, including standard costing and product cost changes.
• Lead capital investment appraisals and business-case reviews.
