Responsibilities

• Manage cost reporting and provide accurate, timely financial insights and analyses that support strategic decision‑making and performance improvement for the in‑house last‑mile network, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and process enhancement in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist in preparation of weekly business review materials, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and other long‑term financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision‑making.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing shifting priorities.

Qualification: Education/Experience

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 – 4 years of working experience as Finance analyst/reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate policies, industry regulations, and basic financial controls.

Work Ethics

• Must have good communication, coordination, and proactiveness competencies.
• Adaptive to start‑up environment.
• Physically capable and willing to render or work overtime specifically during month‑end reporting or at any given day if the work requires.
