Job Description

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process to ensure collection and timely payments.
• Analyze financial data and prepares accurate and timely financial reports and financial statements
• Oversee the Accounting Department, establish accounting systems and procedures, manage all financial reporting, works with the CFO to establish guidelines and policies
• Coordinates with treasury manager in managing cash flow ensuring liquidity to meet its obligation.
• Performs budget and forecasting. Develop and monitor budgets, track actual results against budget.
• In-charge in compliance and audits, ensuring that the company adheres to accounting standards and regulations.
• Formulates policies and procedures for Accounting Department.
• Assist the organization in making financial decision and strategies.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Other Task that may be assigned from time to time.
