Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is partnering with a growing industrial and manufacturing company in the North Houston area to hire a Finance Supervisor who will lead FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role reports to senior leadership and offers an opportunity to influence cost optimization and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), has 3–5+ years of FP&A or accounting experience, is proficient in SAP or other ERP systems, and demonstrates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Fluent Spanish required (supporting multiple Spanish-speaking regions).
• SAP experience strongly preferred; other ERP experience will be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Leadership experience preferred, though strong Senior Analysts or Senior Accountants looking to step into a supervisory role are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership
• Develop reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analysis
• Partner with operations and business leaders on strategic initiatives and cost optimization efforts
• Review purchase orders for budget compliance
• Assist with pricing analysis, business cases, and financial decision support
• Supervise and mentor accounting/finance staff while supporting team development
