Job summary

Carboline, a St. Louis-based coatings manufacturer and part of RPM International Inc., is offering a 12-week Finance Intern program in St. Louis, MO. The internship runs May 17, 2027 - August 6, 2027, and focuses on hands-on corporate finance experience under mentorship from seasoned professionals.

You will work 30–40 hours weekly, participate in cross-functional projects, and gain exposure to financial statements, reporting, and professional development in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Available to work 30–40 hours per week May–August.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams on finance-related projects.
• Apply understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow to real scenarios.
• Think critically to develop solutions and contribute ideas.
• Communicate clearly with team members at all levels.
