Carboline is seeking a Chemist Intern for a 12-week summer program in St. Louis, MO. You will work with senior chemists on real-world projects related to high-performance coatings, linings, and fireproofing technologies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Available to work 30-40 hours per week May–August.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in product development, applied research, or analytical testing.
• Design, perform, and analyze experiments focused on coatings and related technologies.
• Present findings to mentors and leaders during the program.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized lab environment.
