Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, auditing, accounting, public administration, or a closely related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, financial monitoring, auditing, procurement, and contract administration.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including data modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates cost proposals (CP) and financial capacity reports (FCR).
• Performs cost evaluations and supports financial negotiations on procurements.
• Forecasts costs for HHSC projects and prepares financial analyses and reports.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and procurement policies.
