Role Overview

We are seeking a high-ownership Finance & Strategy Manager to lead financial modeling, strategic planning, and capital runway management end-to-end. Working directly with executive leadership, you will model complex business cases, optimize working capital, prepare for future fundraising rounds, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Operating Model: Build, maintain, and evolve the company’s driver-based financial and operating models completely from scratch.
• Strategic Business Case Modeling: Model new pricing frameworks, complex deal structures, expansion initiatives, CapEx investments, and unit-economic scenarios.
• Capital & Runway Planning: Lead capital allocation and working capital management; play a key execution role supporting upcoming debt and equity capital raises.
• Executive Scenario Planning: Conduct ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses to guide executive team decisions.
• Management Reporting: Own monthly financial reporting, KPI tracking, and lender/investor relationship collateral.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, top-tier Management Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG type), or high-growth startup finance.
• Driver-Based Modeling Mastery: Demonstrated track record of building complex, dynamic financial models from scratch (rather than filling out pre-existing templates).
• Bias for Action & Autonomy: High-agency operator comfortable navigating ambiguity; instinctively solves problems independently before seeking direction.
• Career Horizon: Designed for a 2-year growth trajectory—either scaling into broader leadership as the company grows or serving as a launchpad toward later-stage growth startups or top MBA programs.

Green Flags (Nice-to-Haves):

• Direct transaction experience on an equity or debt raise (e.g., investment banking M&A/IPO experience or startup fundraising).
• Technical fluency: proficiency with SQL/database querying or leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate financial analysis.

• Discomfort with ambiguity or reliance on heavy structure and pre-built playbooks.
