Job summary

Walmart is seeking MBA graduates for its Finance MBA Leadership Development Program in Bentonville, AR. The role offers three eight-month rotations across segments, with training, mentorship, and executive exposure to prepare future finance leaders.

Participants emerge after 24 months with potential for Director opportunities, and must have completed Walmart Summer 2026 FLDP Internship, plus strong quantitative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• MBA preferred; Masters: Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three eight-month rotations spanning Walmart segments with diverse finance roles.
• Engage in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and mentors during program.
• Develop leadership and soft skills through dedicated training and coaching.
