Walmart is seeking MBA students for the Finance MBA Leadership Development Program in Bentonville, AR. This rotational program accelerates careers by exposing participants to multiple operating segments, including Omnichannel Finance, M&A, Merchandise Finance, and International FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 4+ years of industry or military work experience required.
• 1 year of experience managing people or cross-functional teams preferred.
• 2 years in a large, complex, matrixed organization preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting to leadership.
• Proficient in analyzing large data sets and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three eight-month rotations across Walmart segments.
• Perform data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision support.
• Contribute to capital allocation and profitability targets across initiatives.
• Engage in mentorship, coaching, and development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and outcomes.
• Support Omnichannel, Merchandise, FP&A, and Corporate Strategy efforts.
