Job summary

Walmart's Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Internship offers a selective, high-impact summer experience designed to develop future finance leaders. Interns work on challenging projects across Corporate, Walmart US, Walmart International, and Sam’s Club, with placements based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

As an accelerated leadership development program, it provides coaching, mentorship, and structured development, including exposure to senior leaders and end-of-summer project

Qualifications

• MBA program with expected graduation December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Authorization to work in the US without restrictions at time of application.
• 4+ years of industry or military work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, experience presenting to leadership.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Placement on one of Walmart's Finance & Strategy teams in Bentonville, AR.
• Lead a project during the 10-week summer assignment.
• Conduct data analysis and build robust financial models.
• Drive strategic insight and present to senior leaders.
• Engage in cohort networking and mentored development opportunities.
