The role drives financial analysis, builds models, aligns senior stakeholders, and leads cross‑functional projects in a Fortune 1‑scale environment with a focus on long‑term strategic plans and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5years experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 7years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2years supervisory experience.
• 2years experience leading and completing cross‑functional projects.
• Strategic planning experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
• CPAs or other public accountant certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide monetary oversight and financial guidance to Walmart Fitness Dental.
• Influence strategic decisions on capacity, footprint, provider mix, pricing, and staffing.
• Develop and manage financial models and forecasts for business plans.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to shape commercial strategy and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and ethics.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and support enterprise planning.
• Support M&A activities and develop enterprise plans.
