Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close.

The role includes handling intercompany transactions, treasury support, and process documentation, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3+ years of related experience, knowledge of GAAP, and strong Excel skills.

• CPA, CMA or other certification preferred or plan to obtain it.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger functions.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage and NetSuite a plus) and automation.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in accounting in a growing multi-unit domestic and/or foreign company.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end close with reporting deadlines.
• Prepare journal entries as part of the close process.
• Manage intercompany sales, payables and receivables; ensure proper reconciliation and period-end elimination.
• Support treasury functions: wires, cash forecasting, daily cash reporting.
• Update documentation of processes and procedures; participate in finance initiatives.
• Assist in audits with schedules and support for a clean year-end audit.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary

Responsible for general ledger activities to ensure complete and accurate account reconciliations, issuing checks across parts of the organization, analysis, accruals, and fixed asset maintenance.

Responsible for general ledger activities to ensure complete and accurate account reconciliations, issuing checks across parts of the organization, analysis, accruals, and fixed asset maintenance.

Duties

• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close; meet internal and external reporting deadline.
• Timely completion of monthly account reconciliations.
• Accurate preparation of journal entries as part of month-end closing process.
• Manage intercompany sales, payables and receivables, ensuring proper reconciliation and elimination at period end.
• Support daily/weekly treasury functions by processing wires, checks, cash forecasting and other daily cash reporting functions.
• Assist in updating documentation of processes and procedures.
• Participate and partner with the finance team on key business initiatives.
• Various audit schedules and functions as needed to support a clean and efficient year-end audit.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

3+ years of related experience.

Private equity owned, public accounting and foreign currency experience a plus.

CPA, CMA or other appropriate certification, or desire to obtain certification.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger functions.

Experience with with ERP systems (Sage and NetSuite a plus) and automation.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience in accounting in a growing multi-unit domestic and/or foreign company.
