CBRE in Phoenix is seeking a Finance Analyst to support core finance operations, including invoicing, project setup, and revenue-related controls. This hybrid role embeds a finance resource within a business line to improve efficiency and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
You will prepare journal entries, post transactions, and generate reports from diverse data sources while collaborating with management and vendors. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting core finance operations, including timely and accurate invoicing, project setup, and core finance functions. The Finance Analyst is an embedded, dedicated finance resource within a specific business line and is critical to improving operational efficiency, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and financial processes.
This is a Phoenix based hybrid role.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
