Under supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, you will complete basic accounting work across multiple fiscal programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with accounting/clerk experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical accounting duties including cost allocations and auditing financial documents for state and federal programs.
• Assist in compiling financial data for financial reports.
• Post, balance and reconcile accounting records; process financial transactions and fund transfers.
• Maintain payroll, time and attendance records; manage inventory records.
